MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 9, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and
H. Sanders, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald. Simmons, Ald. Taube, and Public
Works Superintendent Loughney.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
Review of Idle Isle Pavilion lease was removed from the Agenda.
The Committee reviewed Danerous Dog Kegistration application fee for Ordinance #647. Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend an annual
registration fee of $25.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed the following proposed Forfeiture Schedule
for Chapter 13 - Dog Ordinance as recommended by Police Chief
Johnson and Judge Lentz:

Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of the above Forfeiture
Schedule for Chapter 13. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Emerald Park Negotiating
Committee Secretarial Fees in the amount of $164.75 for the period February 23, 1989 through April 28, 1989. Seconded by
Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Assignment of Offer to Purchase - City-
owned Land McShane from Reuss Construction Co., Inc. to West Lake Develonment. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend annroval of
Assignment. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion'carried.

The Committee reviewed Seasonal Park Department Wages. Ald.
Dumke moved to leave the present salary structure unchanged and
review salary scale during the regular budget process. Seconded
by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in
the amount of $188,566.12 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$75,824,59. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
