MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 28, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt &
Penovich and City Clerk Marenda.
The Committee reviewed status of Recreation Department Study
along with correspondence dated February 24, 1989 from Recreation
Supervisor Jackie Schweitzer. Aid. Hilt moved to honor request
of Mrs. Schweitzer to remove study. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Bay
Breeze Condominium along with correspondence from the Department
of Planning & Development dated February 24, 1989. Ald. Dumke moved to approve release of $3,385.00. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
The Committee discussed request for Release of Funds for
Woodcrest Heights Subdivision along with correspondence from Ruekert & Mielke dated February 24, 1989. Ald. Dumke moved to
approve release of $13.491.17. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
The Committee discussed request for Release of Funds for
Durhamswood Addition #2 along w ‘1 th correspondence from the
Department of Planning and Deve 1 opment dated February 24. 1989.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve release of $2,570.75. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $204,744.49. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $18.377.93. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
