MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 10, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
Penovich, Ald. Patterson, Aid. Taube, City Clerk Marenda, Aid.
Sanders, Ald. Repischak, John Ingersoll, and Attorney Boris
Sodos.
Ald. Penovich moved to approve Gathering Permit for St. Leonard
Parish for February 4, 1989. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to defer recommendation on the Non-represented
Settlement. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Facilities Plan for Country Club
Villages, Inc. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend to Council
splitting the $35,000 estimated cost for the Facilities Plan
between Country Club Villages, Inc. and the City ($17,500.00 each). Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request to renew lease of city-owned land
(DeBack). Ald. Hilt moved to recommend renewal of lease at
~~!~O~oan acre (approximately 10 acres) for a rental cost Of . . Seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion carried.
Budget Transfers were removed from the Agenda.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Alarm Permit. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Emerald Park Negotiating Committee
attorney bill in the amount of $7,101.50. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Woodcrest Heights Subdivision along with correspondence from Ruekert &
Mielke dated January 4, 1989. Ald. Dumke moved to release
$10.008.83. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Bay Breeze Development with John Ingersoll along with correspondence
from the Assistant Director and Land Use Administrator of January
6, 1989. Ald. Hilt moved to approve release of $93,687.01.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Willow

Pond Apartments along with correspondence from the Assistant Director and Land Use Administrator of January 3, 1989. Ald.
Dumke moved to approve release of $3,778.30. Seconded by Aid.
Hilt, motion carried.

The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Golden
Country Estates along with correspondence from the Assista t Director and Land Use Administrator of January 4, 1989. Ald.
Hilt moved to approve release of $2,265.00. Seconded by Aid.
Dumke, motion carried.
Aid. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers for 1988
in the amount of $357,623.82 and for 1989 in the amount of
$90,082.60. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Utility Vouchers for 1988 in the amount of $63,092.22 and for 1989 in the amount of
$8.557.70 . Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
