MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER a, 1988
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 6:58
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt h Penovich,
and County Supervisor DeAngelis.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve Alarm Permit for Melvin Rheingans.
Seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed acceptance of Road Improvement for the
Masterson property. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend acceptance of
the dedication of road improvements for Lake Drive land
division. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed sanitary sewer improvement for Crimson
Meadows. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend acceptance of system.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request from the Treasurer's Office to
extend deadline date for partial payment of 1988 property taxes
until the last day of February, 1989. Ald. Dumke moved to
recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Sherwood Circle Extension along with correspondence from City Engineers
dated 11/3/88. Ald. Dumke moved to release $4500; retaining $500
in the letter of credit to cover the costs of remaining ditch
work. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Amended General Vouchers in
the amount of $144,888.95. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
