MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 2, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Hilt.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's
License:
George J. Carufel, Jr.
Jeffory J. Romagna
Kenneth E. Kulinski
Ald. Dumke moved to approve subject to the above persons filling
out an application form, submitting the fee and receipt of
favorable police reports. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Mr. Tony Bareta, Mooney & LeSage, appeared before the Committee
to review listing agreement between City of Muskego and Mooney & LeSage, brokers for the Industrial Park. Ald. Dumke moved to
recommend approval of the one year contract noting that promotional expenses can not exceed the budgeted amount for 1988-
89. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried. A projected sales of
industrial property was set at $150,000 for 1989.
The Committee reviewed the Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of Credit for Meadow Green West Subdivision with Mr. Greg Boehm.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed amendment to Subdivider's Agreement for
Meadow Green Subdivision. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval
of the extension of the seeding and/or sodding deadline date from
November 1, 1988 to July 31 1989. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried. The City has received an extended Letter of Credit
which expires on January 26, 1990.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $144,323.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $91,829.39. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
