MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 25, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
Penovich, Ald. Taube, Ald. Sanders, Aid. Patterson and Ald.
Repischak.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Adrian
Heights Subdivision and City Engineer's correspondence dated October 17, 1988. Ald. Hilt moved to approve release of
$3,000. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Willow
Pond Apartments and memorandum from Department of Planning &
Development dated October 19, 1988. Ald. Dumke moved to approve
release of $300. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Lekfield/DeBack extraction permit. Aid.
Dumke moved to approve subject to the agreement stipulating that
Petitioner will pay all attorney and engineering costs, plus
$3,000.00 to cover additional administrative costs. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for
Durhamwood Addn. #Z, along with correspondence from City Engineers dated October 20, 1988. Ald. Hilt moved to release
$77,679.40. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Aid. Hilt moved to approve payment of Amended General Vouchers in
the amount of $197,305.42. Seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
