MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 27, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Dumke, Ald. Taube, Ald. Repischak, Ald. Sanders, Police Chief Johnson,
Tony Bareta and Greg Boehm.
The Committee reviewed bids for Smart Money Program. Ald. Dumke
moved to recommend Enerdyne Corporation because they have the best payback in energy savings of all of the companies that
submitted bids. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Offer to Purchase for a 3.1 acre parcel in
the Industrial Park Addn. 81, fronting Enterprise Drive west of Mercury from DeLuca Hartman Construction Co. in the amount of
$80,600. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend acceptance of Offer to Purchase. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed attorney bill for Emerald Park Negotiating Committee in the amount of $2,928.46. Ald. Hilt moved to approve
payment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Shooting Range Lease Agreement for the
Muskego Police Department with Chief Johnson. Ald. Hilt moved to
approve agreement, subject to rezoning. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Golden
Country Estates. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend release of
$148,157.68 for grading and asphalting subject to review with
City Engineer to address the concerns of cave-ins during the last heavy rain. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $143.695.57 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$59,164.50. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
