MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 13, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and
Penovich, Aid. Taube, Aid. Sanders, Ald. Patterson and Ald.
Repischak.
The Committee discussed Budget Transfer Policy with City Clerk
Marenda. Corres ondence dated September 13, 1988 was reviewed. The Committee WI 3 1 discuss at September 21, 1988 meeting.
The Committee discussed Hiring Special Registration Deputies for Elections. Ald. Hilt moved to approve. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Request for Release of Funds for Red Oak
Court Development and correspondence from City Engineer dated September 1, 1988. Ald. Hilt moved to release $37,001.00.
Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Amended General Vouchers in
the amount of $215,513.27. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion

carried.
Ald. Penovich moved to approve payment of Amended Utility
Vouchers in the amount of $5,365.38. Seconded by Aid. Hilt, motion carried.
