MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 26, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt &
Penovich, Ald. Sanders, Ald. DaAngelis, and Robert Klenz.
The Committee reviewed Typewriter Maintenance Agreement for the
Treasurer's Office. Ald. Hilt moved to approve agreement.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed approval of 1988 Settlement Agreement
with the Telecommunicators. Ald. Dumke moved to deny based on 1%
discrepancy. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for release of funds for Durhamswood Addn. #l. The Committee reviewed correspondence
dated April 20, 1888 from Ruekert & Mielke. Ald. Hilt moved to

The Committee reviewed Subdivider's Agreement for Squire Glenn
Subdivision. Ald. Dumke moved to approve with the following
inclusion: Section III - Add G. Stormwater Drainage Facilities -
If a stormwater drainage study which is to be performed on the
balance of the subdivision shows that drainage from this
developer contributes to the required stormwater drainage
improvement, the developer shall, on demand of the City, pay a
fee based on his pro-rata share as determined under Land Division
Ordinance Section 8.8. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $407,038.12. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moed to a prove payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in the amount of $174, Lii 17.87. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Water Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $2,576.41. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
