MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 12, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt, and
Penovich, Ald. Sanders, Ald. DeAngelis, and Ald. Patterson.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve alarm system permit for Accurate Tool
& Die. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Amendment to Offer to Purchase (Johnson
Industrial Park Adn. No. 1). Tony Baretta of Mooney and
Associates has recommended a one month extension. Ald. Hilt
moved to approve the request. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve amended General vouchers in the
amount of $174,928.86. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve the following amended vouchers: Sewer
Utility - $30,934.52; Water Utility - $5831.17. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
