MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 22, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Member Dumke, Hilt and Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Sanders, Ald. Patterson, Ald.
Taube, and Tony Bareta of Mooney
Park).
& LeSage (Broker for Industrial
The Committee discussed sale of parcel of land in the Industrial
Park back to the City with owner John Ingersoll and Tony
Bareta. Ald. Hilt moved to approve waiving right of first
refusal and waiving the one year building requirement. Seconded
by Ald Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of amended General Vouchers in
the amount of $220,066.78. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of amended Sewer Utility
Vouchers in the amount of $949,077.19. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
