MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 8, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis and Ald. Sanders.
The Committee reviewed Request for Transfer of Class A Liquor
License for Pick & Save from S75 W17301 Janesville Road to S74
W17005 W. Janesville Road. Aid. Hilt moved to approve. Seconded
by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed extended Offer to Purchase for the
Industrial Park Addition #l (Lloyd Hamm) until May 31, 1988.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed establishing 1988 salary rate for the
Sewer Inspector. Ald. Dumke moved to approve rate of $10.19 per
hour. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Federal Express to install
Pick-up Station. Ald. Hilt moved to approve. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried
The Committee reviewed request for purchase of used voting
machines with City Clerk Stewart. Clerk Stewart is requesting to
pfz:c;;;; seven (7) used voting machines from the City of Waukesha Ald. Hilt moved to approve puchase to be taken from
Account ~1100-700-3212. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Request for Release of Funds for Woodcrest
Heights Subdivision. Correspondence from Ruekert & Mielke dated
March 3, 1988 was reviewed. Ald. Dumke moved to approve release
of $286,388.20. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Amended General Vouchers in
the amount of $159,717.38. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
