MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 9, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Taube and Ald. Sanders.
The Committee reviewed Wisconsin Electric easement for Bay Lane. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval.
Hilt, motion carried.
Seconded by Ald.
The Committee discussed disbursement for Muskego Festival in the
amount of $1,200. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried. The City Clerk is
directed to issue a check in the amount of $200 to cover initial
request.
The Committee reviewed Maintenance Contract for the Police
Department typewriters. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Lake Brittany Estates Addn. #l Subdivision. Correspondence from
Ruekert b Mielke dated 212188 was reviewed. Ald. Hilt moved to
approve. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed request for pro-ration of sewer assessment (Bellview/Bay Lane Sewer Project) for Mr. and Mrs.
Pellmann. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council approval.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of amended General Vouchers in the amount of $133,148.36. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of amended Sewer Utility
Vouchers in the amount of $94,888.78. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
Aid. Dumke moved to approve payment of amended Water Utility
Vouchers in the amount of $2,451.64. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
