MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 22, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Taube, Ald. Sanders and Ald.
Patterson.
The Committee discussed Transfer of License for Little Store to
House of Treasures with Mr. & Mrs. Schaumberg. Ald. Penovich
moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Department of Public Works Settlement for
1988. Ald. Dumke moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Sherwood
Circle. Ald. Hilt moved to approve release of $6.069.50. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. This release is based on
recommendation of Ruekert & Mielke.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Aud Mar
Estates. Ald. Dumke moved to approve release of $10,800.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee authorized carrier of Property Insurance for 1988 - State of Wisconsin. Ald. Dumke moved to approve. Seconded by
Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $404,753.65. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $13,545.80. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Water Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $68,781.74. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
