MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER a, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 6:32 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
Penovich, and Aid. DeAngelis.
The Committee discussed application for Class B Liquor License
wth Ronald Borst for Caradaro Club. Ald. Hilt moved to
approve. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed maintenance agreement with Pitney Bowes
for the mailing machine. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend
approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed extension of cleaning contract with Dan
Plautz Cleaning for 1988. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval
of contract at a monthly cost of $1,190. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Request for Release of Funds for
Durhamswood Addn. #l Subdivision. Ald. Hilt moved to release
$3,940.90 per recommendation of City Engineers. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed agreement between City of Muskego and
SEWRPC for Data Processing Services. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed property tax refund for the Schaefer properties in the amount of $965.91. Ald. Dumke moved to
recommend approval of tax refund. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried. Money to be charged to 1988 Budget.
The Committee discussed 1988 Health and Dental contracts. Ald.
Hilt moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion

The Commitee reviewed Budget Transfers for 1987. Ald. Dumke
moved to recommend approval of transfers. Seconded by Ald. Hi
motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $346,385.44. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried ,.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility vouchers in
the amount of $804.44. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.

Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Water Utility vouchers in
the amount of $3,275.45. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
