FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 21, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Dumke. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Penovich.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's
License:

Ald. Hilt moved to approve subject to receipt of favorable police
reports. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for carry-over of vacation hours
for Charlene Lenzen (Library). She has seventy-six (76) hours
remaining due to various personal problems in the Library. Ald.
Hilt moved to approve carry-over subject to the hours being used
by January 1, 1988. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for release of funds for Meadow Green Subdivision with Mr. Gregory Boehm. Ald. Hilt moved to
release $26,806.67 as recommended by the City Engineer. Seconded
by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of
Credit for Adrian Heights Subdivision. Ald. Hilt moved to
recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed agreement to be entered into between the
Developer of Durhamswood Addn. #l and the City regarding drainage
problems in the Freedom Acres Subdivision. Ald. Hilt moved to
defer until the October 27 1987, Finance meeting.
Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Seconded by
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $135.365.48. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
Ald. Penovich moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in the amount of $41,536.14. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
