MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 22, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Hilt,
Ald Taube, Ald. Sanders, Ald. DeAngelis, Greg Boehm, and Gary
Boehm.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and
placed on file.
The Committee reviewed Transfer Request from the City Clerk for
transfer of $500 from Account 100-0700-1100 Election Salaries & Wages to Account 100-0700-3210 Other Supplies & Expenses in order
to purchase Voter Registration cards which will include newly
authorized oath and new format.

Ald Dumke moved to approve Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Mr. Greg Boehm appeared before the Finance Committee to dispute
the City Engineer's report on the release of escrow funds for
Meadow Green Subdivision. Ald. Dumke moved to authorize Mayor to
release funds after consultation with Administrative Assistant-
Building Inspection Department, Gene Kovacs, and the City
Engineers. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
