MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST ii, 1987
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and Penovich, Ald.
DeAngelis, Ald. Sanders, and Ald. Taube.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve Gathering Permit for the Icetronauts
to be held on September 13, 1987. Seconded by Aid. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve Alarm Permit for Regina Catura.
Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed cost estimate for Water Billing Program
from SEWRPC with City Clerk Stewart. Aid. Hilt moved to approve the one-time cost of $3,500 to implement this system with the actual cost of running the system to be between $lOO/$lSO a month
depending on how often the system is used. Ald. Hilt moved to
approve the expenditure. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,,motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request to waive park dedication fees for
a land division for Delbert Holtz. Ald. Penovich moved to waive park dedication fee. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for release of funds for the
Meadow Green Subdivision for $22,861.71, along with
correspondence dated August 5, 1987, from the City Engineers recommending release of $17,500. Ald Penovich moved to approve release of $17,500 per City Engineer's recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
