MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 5, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Dumke. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Penovich.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve Special Permit for the Lembezeder-Cook
VFW Post 8171 at S83 W20778 Janesville Road for August 29, 1987,
with a lo:30 P.M. restriction. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve Alarm Permit for Bonnie Bienert, W180
S8208 Pioneer Drive and George P. Schick, S75 W12606 Coventry
Lane. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Special Permit for Theresa Giesegh for
Parkside Tavern, W191 S7690 Racine Avenue for August 29, 1987.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve with a music restriction from 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.

Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council approval subject to receipt
of favorable police reports. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the request for carry-over of vacation time
for Stella Dunahee, Recreation Department. Ald. Hilt moved to
approve due to short period of extension. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed cost estimate for water billing program
from SEWRPC as outlined in their letter of July 23, 1987. Ald.
Hilt moved to defer in order to obtain additional information as
to the ability of our system to handle rather than SEWRPC.
Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $148,942.09. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $132,086.57. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
