I FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
l MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 14, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Penovich, Ald. Patterson, Ald. DeAngelis, and Ald. Sanders. Ald.
Hilt was absent.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Refuse Hauling Permits for the City of Waukesha and Moeller Disposal, Inc. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Waterway Marker Permit for Muskego
Shores Community Assn. subject to approval by Water Patrolman
Warda. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Commitee reviewed sale of City-Owned Land on Fairfield. The
following offers have been received by the City on Lot 2:
Thomas Schilling $24,500 Subject to financing
Rudolph Raab $23,900
Ald. Dumke moved to accept highest offer of $24,500 from Thomas
Schilling. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried. The $500
earnest money is not subject to financing and the closing will be
30 days after city provides title. If offer falls through, Mr.
Raab will be notified and his $23,900 offer would be accepted.
The Committee reviewed policy on waiving of fees for the
Recreation Department. The Committee reaffirms present Park Board policy.
The Committee reviewed agreement for Feasibility Study for the Scott Krause Development. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend the
resolution be amended to state, "subject to confirmation of
engineering fees of Ruekert & Mielke". Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Recriprocal Agreement with City of
Greenfield (Data Processing). Ald. Penovich moved to approve.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve amended amount of $312,346.02. Seconded by carried.
