MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 20, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Mr. McAdams and Mr. David DeAngelis.
The following person appeared 'to apply for an Operator's License:
Robin Strom
Ald. Dumke moved to defer and re-interview on June 2, 1987.
Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Gathering Permit for Sullys' Tuggers,
W180 S6583 Hardtke Drive for June 14, 1987 to be held at Horn
Park. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried. On April 1,
1987, the Parks 6r Recreation Department approved the request.
The Committee continued to review Liquor Licenses.
The Committee reviewed Liquor License for Pick & Save with Mr.
McAdams. Ald. Dumke moved to remove restriction which limits Liquor to be displayed in specific areas. Seconded by Ald. Penovich motion carried. The Committee's decision is based on belief th:t license restriction should be uniform. The Committee
also feels that the Liquor Ordinance should be reviewed at a future date.
The Committee reviewed Offer To Purchase for lot on Wentland
Drive (Tax Key 2180.963.001) with David DeAngelis. Mr. DeAngelis
is offering $4,000 stating that he anticipates approximately
$5,750 for installation of sewer main and stub fee and the
installation of culverts and swale for approximately $3,500.
Ald. Dumke moved to reject offer. Seconded by Ald. Penovich,
motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to submit counter-offer at $7,000. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed sale of City-Owned lots and reviewed
Assessor's estimated fair market value as follows:
Fairfield Drive: proposed lot divisions - $23,900 sewered
Wentland Drive: 2180.963.001 - $14,000 sewered 2180.979.001 - $18,900 sewered
Ruby Drive: 2174.171 $19,500 sewered
Ald. Penovich moved to approve above listed selling prices.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.

The Committee discussed waiving fee for sign for Tess Corners
Fire Department #2 to be located on Loomis Drive. Ald. Dumke
moved to approve waiving of fee.

The Committee discussed request by Muskego Women's Club to decorate Muskego Room. They are anticipating paint and wallpaper
and possibly a chair rail on the bare South wall. This would take place on a long term basis when the money becomes
available. Ald. Penovich moved to approve.

Seconded by Ald.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $899,310.86. carried. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
Ald. Penovich moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers
in the amount of $10,957.98.
