MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 28, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and
Penovich, Ald. Sanders, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Taube, and Ald. Patterson.
The Committee discussed authorizing release of escrow funds for
Sherwood Circle project.

Ald. Hilt moved to approve request in

The Committee reviewed Water Patrol Agreement between the City
and M. W. Marine, Oskar Michels and Detective Sgt. Budish for
part-time waterpatrolmen services and use of their boats from
5/23/87 to 917187. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request from Water Bugs Ski Club for
approval of water ski jump & show practice dates and approval of
pier lease agreement. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried, subject to insurance l being reviewed by the City Attorney.
The Committee reviewed the following bids for the Sewage Lift
Station modification:
Mendota Contractors, Inc. - Madison $82,718.00
United Sewer & Water - Men. Falls 116,400.OO
Bohmann & Vick, Inc. - Brookfield 74,290.oo
D. F. Tomasini Contr., Inc. - Waukesha 124,100.OO
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend acceptance of the low bid of Bohmann
& Vick, Inc. of Brookfield in the amount of $74,290.00. Seconded
by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
