FCM198701138 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 13, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis and Ald. Sanders.
The following person appeared to apply for an Operator's License:
Dawn Huber
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the above person
subject to receipt of favorable police report. Seconded by Ald.
Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Subdivider's Agreement for Durhamswood
Addn. #l. Ald. Hilt moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried. The Committee agreed with the Plan Commission's
recommendation to require the developer to provide a Letter of
Credit in the amount of $15,000 to cover any uncompleted phase of
the preliminary plat and requests an Attorney Opinion on removing of deed restriction.
The Committee reviewed contract between Waukesha County Deparment

of Aging and the City of Muskego. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of the agreement which allows for a nutrition
program at the City Hall/Library for the period of January 1,
1987 thru December 31, 1987. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed Maintenance Agreement - Building
Inspection Department Copy Machine for a minimum charge of $360
per year for up to 30,000 copies. After 30,000 copies, there
will be an additional charge of .012 per copy for the balance of
the year. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $234,421.01 for 1986 and $120,026.15 for 1987. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $12,936.86 for 1986 and $18.04 for 1987. Seconded
by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
