CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Aldermen Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and Madden.
Also present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works and Development Director Kroeger, Utilities
Superintendent Kloskowski, Lead Planner Trzebiatowski and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The Deputy Clerk stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting
law.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor Chiaverotti noted that this was the last Council meeting for the year and wished
everyone a Happy Holiday.
PUBLIC COMMENT - None
PUBLIC HEARING
To Consider Levying Area-Wide Water Capacity Assessments for the Eighteenth Amendment
to the WCA District.
Director Kroeger reviewed frequently asked questions regarding a Water Capacity Assessment
District (WCA). An 18th amendment to the District is proposed. No one present came forward
to speak. The Mayor declared the hearing closed.
NEW BUSINESS
Reso. #099-2017 - Final Resolution Authorizing Area Wide Water Capacity Assessment for
Water Service Under Wisconsin Statute 66.0703 and Levying Water Capacity Special
Assessments Against Benefited Property (WCA) (Eighteenth Amended WCA District)
Alderman Kubacki made a motion to approve Reso. #099-2017. Alderman Madden
seconded. Motion passed 7 in favor.

Alderman Madden made a motion to approve the Ordinance. Alderman Kubacki
seconded. Motion passed 7 in favor.

LICENSE APPROVAL
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to deny the Operator License for Kelly Theoharis.
Alderman Kubacki seconded. Motion passed 7 in favor.
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve the Operator License for Amanda
Holterman. Alderman Kapusta seconded. Motion passed 7 in favor.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Utility Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$34,267.18. Alderman Kubacki seconded. Motion passed 7 in favor.
Tax Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve Tax Vouchers in the amount of $2,762.38.
Alderman Engelhardt seconded. Motion passed 7 in favor.
General Fund Vouchers
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount of
$948,079.00. Alderman Hammel seconded. Motion passed 7 in favor.

Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice Transmittals
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to approve Wire Transfers for Payroll/Invoice
Transmittals in the amount of $327,582.57. Alderman Kapusta seconded. Motion
passed 7 in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Alderman Wolfe made a motion to adjourn at 7:19 p.m. Alderman Kapusta seconded;
motion carried.
