MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 23, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Penovich,
Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Sanders, Ald. Taube and Robert Klenz. Ald.
Dumke was absent.
The Committee discussed application for permit for Races On Ice
Badger State Corvette, Ltd., to hold a driving skill contest on
Little Muskego Lake (Schubring Bay) on January 18, 1987. Ald. Hilt
, moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed the 1987 City Insurance quotes received from
Employers Insurance of Wausau and Sentry Insurance Company as

There was concern over the $500,000 coverage for the Police
Department which was all that could be obtained from Sentry Ins. and
also that Wausau was on a "Claims Made" basis. The Committee will
send to Council without recommendation.
The Committee reviewed the following quotes received for sale of top
soil in the Industrial Park Addn.:

Ald. Hilt moved to reject all bids. Seconded by Ald. Penovich,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed maintenance agreement with Dictaphone (Police
Department) at a cost of.$1,481. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend
Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed service agreement for the maintenance of the
console and three Motorola base stations for the year 1987 in the
a
amount of $1,320, plus time and materials for that equipment not listed. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by
Ald. Penovich, motion carried.

The Committee discussed Certified Survey Agreement on Masterson
property with Mr. Robert Klenz.
The Committee reviewed City's Offer-To-Purchase for the property of Harlow B. Stichmann, S67 W16825 Greenridge Trail for the Oak Hill/
Sewer Project for a purchase price of $-0-. Ald. Penovich moved to
recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Fire Protection contract between the City
of Xuskego and the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company for the year
1987. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by
Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Fire Protection contract between the City
of Nuskego and the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department for the
year 1987. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend Council approval.
Seconded by Ald. Rile, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the lease agreement between the City of Muskego and the Muskego-Norway School District for providing
recreational facilities at Mill Valley and Bay Lane Schools. Ald.
Penovich moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Aid.
Hilt, motion carried.
