MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 9, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:00
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
Penovich, Ald. Sanders, Ald. DeAngelis, and Ald. Taube.
The Committee discussed State Statute 125.26(6) in regard to
establishing a waiting period from time of application to
granting of a Gathering Permit. Ald. Dumke moved to eliminate
the fifteen day waiting period and to submit gathering permit to
Finance Committee and Common Council.
The Committee reviewed procedure for insurance quotes. The
Committee requests that the City Clerk obtain two quotes to
compare with Wausau Insurance Company quote.
The Committee reviewed the non-waiver agreement (Muskego Sanitary
Landfill) from Wausau Insurance Company. Ald. Hilt moved to
recommend signing of non-waiver agreement. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for second step on salary scale
for the Recreation Department. Ald. Hilt moved to approve
request. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve amended payment of General Vouchers
in the amount of $301,444.40. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
