MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 12, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 6:45
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and
Penovich, Ald. Patterson, Ald. Sanders, Ald. Taube, Ald.
DeAngelis, Tony Bareta and Clerk Stewart.
The Committee disucssed Industrial Park promotion with Tony
Bareta of Mooney & Associates. The promotion of the City's
industry will be held on October 31 and November 1, 1986.
The Committee reviewed request for funds for Master Title Policy
for the Industrial Park Addition with Tony Bareta. Six quotes
were obtained. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of Title
Insurance Co. of Minnesota at a cost of $1,350. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed request for leave of absence for six
months for the Voter Registration Clerk with City Clerk
Stewart. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of the General Voucher in the
amount of $622,244.24. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of the Sewer Utility Vouchers
in the amount of $99,465.49. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:23 P.M.
