MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 22, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:00
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Taube and Robert Klenz.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting in regard to New Employee Physicals. Ald. Hilt moved to amend
minutes of previous minutes by removing paragraph pertaining to
physicals. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed paving of parking lot for Mill Valley and
clarified costs pertaining to school district. The School
District has asphalted l/3 of the parking lot. The City
acknowledges its responsibility to participate in the upgrading
of l/3 of the parking lot for approximately $6,894.00 with the
School District being responsible for the remaining l/3 since the
major portion of the traffic is generated by the school buses.
The Committee discussed agreement between City and the Department
of Agriculture (weights and measures). Ald. Hilt moved to

The Committee discussed Offer to Purchase-Industrial Park
Addition #l received from Arthur and Anna Krueger. Ald. Hilt
moved to approve Offer to Purchase at $24,000. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed release of funds for grading for Aud Mar
Estates with Bob Klenz. Ald. Hilt moved to approve release of
$25.735.00 per engineer's recommendation. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed amendment to Offer to Purchase-Industrial
Park Addition #l (Lloyd Hamm). Ald. Penovich moved to approve
request for additional time. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
The Committee discussed amendment to contract with Super
Excavators for surfacing Woods Road (Ladwig Drive Sewer Project). Ald. Penovich moved to approve amendment. Seconded by
Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee discussed authorizing Payne & Dolan to do wedging
work on Woods Road in area of Ladwig Drive Sewer Project. Ald.
Hilt moved to authorize wedging. Seconded by Ald. Penovich,
motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
.a;;aT;dof $282,296.89. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion .

Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $23,682.82. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
