MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 8, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7:1,7 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and Penovich, Ald. Sanders, Ald.
Patterson and Ald. Taube.
The Committee reviewed the following bids for - Street
Construction Project (Industrial Park Addition j/l):
Ald.
Payne & Dolan - Waukesha $390,128.25 Lang Engineering - Rochester 397,137.36 Wolf Construction-Oconomowoc 435,972.65 Edgerton Contractors-Oak Creek 467,790.60
Dumke moved to recommend approval of the low bid of Payne & Dolan-Waukesha. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed permit for Temporary Habitation of a
Trailer for Victor Murn. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Counter-Offer to Purchase for the
Industrial Park Addition #l received from Lloyd Hamms in the
amount of $40,800.00. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend acceptance
of the Counter-Offer. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve Alarm Permit for Gary A. Kelly at S68
W17323 Rossmar Court. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Operator's License application for Todd
Helm. Ald. Dumke moved to defer. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried. The Committee requests that the new owner of the Family
Connection appear at the next Finance meeting scheduled for
Wednesday, July 16, 1986, to review applicant's police record.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $171,101.62. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
