MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 24, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 by Chairman Salentine.
Also present were Commitee Members Dumke, Hilt and Penovich, Ald.
DeAngelis, Ald. Sanders, Ald. Taube and Ald. Patterson.
The Committee discussed Special Permit request for Schaumberg's
Suburban House for August 9, 1986, for a 40' x 60' tent to be
erected between Schaumberg's Suburban House and the Little
Store. Ald. Penovich moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for extension of time for Bayside
Tavern. The Committee will approve license application and give
an additional 60 days (September 1, 1986) for Bayside to comply
with requirements of Building Inspection Department.
The Committee discussed Offer to Purchase - Industrial Park with
Tony Bareta of Mooney and Associates. An Offer to Purchase has
been received for 1.7 acres of land in the new Industrial Park
for $36,000. Mooney's is recommending a counter offer of
$;g,;,o;. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Counter Offer of
t . Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Teresa Baginski appeared before the Committee to further discuss
request for outside premises to be included in her 1987 liquor
license. The Committee had denied this request at their meeting
of June 18, 1986.
The Committee discussed license application for Klauser. The
Committee decided that one of the restrictions will be that no
shooting will be permitted until inspected by the City of
Muskego.
The Committee discussed license of Schultz Rod h Gun Club. The
Committee recommended approval subject to inspection by the Building Inspection Department. Revocation procedures will be
initiated if conditions are not met.
The Committee discussed 1986 borrowing. Ald. Dumke moved to
defer and discuss at Council meeting to follow. Seconded by Ald.
Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:36 P.M.
