MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 7, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and
Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, and Lt. Daley.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's License:
Arthur Carpenter Joseph Andrietsch
Kathy Kollon Julie Starks
Shelley Rathsack Susanne Winski Deborah Nusser Faith Novak Jennifer Theis
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of the above persons
subject to receipt of favorable police report. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed an Application For Special Permit for
Rep's Dam Tavern. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and
Intoxicating Liquor License application with Mr. and Mrs. Michael
Laack for the Bayside Inn. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Class A Beer License application with Mr.
and Mrs. Schaumberg for The Little Store. The Committee stated
that the license has not been relinquished by Frank Ksionsk so it cannot be reissued. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval
subject to release of license from Frank Ksionsk. Seconded by
Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee discussed an Application For Special Permit for
Schaumberg's Surburban House. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend
approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Transient Merchant Permit with Leigh
Hagness. Ald. Dumke moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
The Committee discussed Transient Merchant Permit with Annette
Beuthin. Ald. Dumke moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
The Committee discussed Transient Merchant Permit with Mr. & Mrs.
Samolinski. Mrs. Samolinski stated reasons why she felt the
permit should be issued. Lt. Daley discussed numerous violations
in regard to illegal firework sale and storage and recommended
denial of permit application. Ald. Penovich moved to deny.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.

The Committee reviewed Muskego Industrial Park Progress Report
submitted by Mooney & Associates and placed on file.
The Committee reviewed continuation of Health Insurance Program
for Retirees. Ald. Dumke moved that James Kibbe be considered an
employee of the Public Works Department. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed cost figures for moving of the tower-Fire
Station #l-Muskego Volunteer Fire Department. The cost involved
is $3,273.90. Aid. Penovich moved to defer and to invite Chief
Ludwig to next meeting. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee began review of liquor licenses for 1986187.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $149,082.70. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $83,846.44. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
