MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 2, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Penovich.
The following person appeared to apply for an Operator's License:
John Catterall
Ald. Penovich moved to recommend approval of the above person
subject to receipt of favorable police report. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the Gathering Permit
for St. Leonard Home & School Association for April 11, 1986 in
the school gym. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Wisconsin Electric Power Co. quote to
provide electrical service to the Water Tower for $1,352. Ald.
Dumke moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed quotation for Sanitary Facilities for City
Parks in the amount of $3,474.00. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
Council approval and recognizes that the Historical Society will
reimburse the City for the Old Settlement Park portion of $270.
Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed establishing asking price for city-owned
land on Woodland Place and Ruby Drive. Ald. Dumke moved to set
price on both lots at $16,500. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
Offer to Purchase (Industrial Park) - Ingersoll, Inc. was removed
from the agenda.
The Committee discussed request of City Hall/Library Dedication
Committee for contribution to Dedication Ceremony. Ald. Penovich
moved to approve $150. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $128,413.08. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $5,196.75. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
