FCM198603250 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 25, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and
Penovich, Aid. Kilt, ALd. DeAngelis, Bill Kuchera, City Clerk
Stewart, Building Inspector Lee, Ald. Taube, and Ald. Patterson.
The Committee discussed Maintenance Agreement for System 36
computer. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the
agreement in the amount of $434.27 per month. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from Mr. Sr Mrs. Ryback on
unexpected sewer costs for Lot 12, Woodland Place, which they had
purchased from the City in Summer of 1985. They are requesting
that the City pay for the costs of bringing the sewer up to a
depth whereby they would only have the cost of the laterals to
pay. Ald. Dumke moved to deny ~request. Seconded by Ald.
Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Use of Council Chambers received from Grafe, Anhalt & Schloemer for an Informational

Hearing on Janesville Road Improvements scheduled for Monday,
April 14, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.. Ald. Dumke moved to
approve. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for expenditures of funds for the
Building Inspection Department with Building Inspector Lee in
regards to interior and exterior signs and telephone recorder at
a cost of approximately $550. Ald. Penovich moved to approve
expenditures to be taken out of account #50900-5200 (Maintenance
of Building & Grounds). Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee revIewed maintenance agreemeet with International Business Machines for Parks & Recreation Department typewriter.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
