MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 14, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7~00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Tomczyk
and Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Hilt, Ald. Taube, Ald.
Patterson and Chief Johnson.
Mr. & Mrs. Hansen appeared before the Committee to apply for a
Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License
for the Hillside Tavern. Ald. Dumke moved to approve. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's
License:
Mary Retzlaff
Leslie Okupniak
Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend approval of the above persons
subject to receipt of favorable police report. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Pension for Sewer Utility Foreman.

Tomczyk moved to establish pension using the same percent as Public Works Employees receive. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The Committee discussed application for Participation in League
of Wisconsin Municipal Insurance Plan and Assessment of
Dividends. Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve participation in the
plan. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed authorizing Maintenance Agreement-NBI
Equipment (Gordon Flesch) in the amount of $10,104. Ald. Dumke
moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk,
motion carried.
The Committee discussed authorfzing Maintenance Agreement-Central
Office Systems Corp. (Treasurer's Office) in the amount of $80.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for purchase of police vehicle
(1983 Pontiac) in the amount of $7,000. Ald. Tomczyk moved to
recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Extension of Time - Industrial

Park site grading project (Enders Construction Co. Inc.) until
May 15, 1986. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval.
Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion carried.

Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $170,300.53. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $17,265.68. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion
carried.
