MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 30, 1985

The meeting was called to order at 6:45 by Chairman Salentine.
Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Hilt, and Chief Johnson.
The following person appeared to apply for an Operator's License:

Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend approval of the above person

The Committee reviewed Races On Ice permits for Muskego Corvette
Club and Badger State Corvette, Ltd. Ald. Tomczyk moved to
approve. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed alarm system permits. Ald. Tomczyk moved
to approve. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Maintenance Position for the Park
Department position. The Committee clarified budgeted position
for the Parks DeDartment of 14 week full-time ~osition durine. the 0 Summer to conceitrate on City Hall and Police bepartment groGnds
maintenance.
Due to the disability of the present part-time maintenance man,
Ald. Tomczyk moved to temporarily fill this maintenance position
until final determination of the present part-time maintenance
man. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request to hire additional Police Officer
Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
and creation of Special Services Sergeant/Juvenile Specialist.

The Committee discussed authorizing 1985 budget transfers. Ald.
Tomczyk moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed 1986 Fire Protection Contracts for Muskego
Volunteer Fire Department and Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend Council approval.
Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed WPS Insurance Contract. ALd. Tomczyk
moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
mot ion carried.
The Committee reviewed TIF Escrow Agreements. The Committee will
defer to Council for full discussion.

The Committee reviewed Insurance Quote from Wausau Insurance
Company. The Committee will defer to Council for full
discussion.
The Committee discussed funds for development of the Industrial
Park. The Committee will defer to Council for full discussion.
The Committee reviewed 1986 Rescue Contract. Ald. Tomczyk moved
to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The Committee discussed Change Order-Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department parking lot project. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend
Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed contract between Waukesha County Dept. of
Aging and City of Muskego. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend
Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend that City Attorney negotiate with

Federal Government to obtain clear title. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $1,080,754.08. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Tornczyk moved to approve payment of the Sewer Utility
Vouchers in the amount of $40,181.86. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
