MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 26, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Tomczyk
and Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, and Ald. Taube.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve alarm permit application for
Lincoln State Bank. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee further reviewed correspondence from the County on
availability of delinquent properties. Ald. Tomczyk moved to
a prove purchase of tax key #2180.979.001 ($558.60) and #2198.998
until reimbursement at time of sale of land. Seconded by Ald.
($2,489.25) with funds to be taken from Capital Projects account
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed authorizing release of funds, Jeff Behrs.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to release $1,000, which was originally
submitted to the city as a cash bond, since the above dwelling
was connected to the municipal sewer system on 11/7/85. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed authorizing extension of time - Culvert
Crossing Project (Tess Corners and Woods Road). Ald. Dumke moved
to approve the 28 day extension of time for Edgerton
Conractors. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:17 P.M.
