MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 16, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 7:OO P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk, Dumke
and Penovich, Ald. Patterson and Ald. Hilt.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's
License:
Steven Oschmann
John Maegli
Linda Curler
Laurie Oschmann
Theresa Evans
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of the above
persons subject to receipt of favorable police reports. Seconded
by Ald. Tomczyk, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve a Gathering Permit for the Muskego
Ladies Aux. Volunteer Fire Company to be held at Station #Z,
Racine Avenue, on November 9, 1985. Seconded by Ald. Penovich,
motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Gathering Permit for St. Leonard's
Bingo Association for dates September thru December 1985 at the
at the revised 1986 rate of $10.00 per event. Seconded by Ald.
Tomczyk, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Class B Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License with Audrey Oschmann.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval subject to license being
relinquished from present holder. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Development Counseling Services Contract-
J. Michael Mooney & Associates with Michael Mooney. The report
recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
from the City Engineer was reviewed. Ald. Tornczyk moved to
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
