MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 24, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 7:OO P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk,
Penovich, and Ald. Dumke (arriving at 7:25), Ald. DeAngelis, and
City Clerk Stewart.
The following person appeared to apply for an operator's license:
Robert Wohlleben.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to defer recommendation until police report is
reviewed further. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Transfer of Funds to and from Contingency
Fund with City Clerk as listed on Resolution 11234-85. Ald.
Tomczyk moved to recommend transfers. Seconded by Ald. Penovich,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed carpet bid for City Hall/Library Expansion
with Architect Mike Dvorak. The low bidder (Schumann Carpet
bidder (House of Ruffalo - $12,573p has agreed to perform at
Service - $12,335) is refusing to erform and the second low
their original bid. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend approval of
the second bidder. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Offer To Purchase-Kelsenberg. Ald.
Tomczyk moved to deny. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried
The meeting adjourned at 7:28 P.M.
