MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 27, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 7:07 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk, Dumke
Chief Johnson, City Clerk Stewart and Attorney Mark C. Young.

The Committee discussed license application in regards to
Hillendale Inn with Attorney Young. Ald. Penovich read a letter
from the City's Attorney, Daniel Sargeant, stating his opinion.
The matter will be decided at Council.
The Committee discussed Police Department request to apply for
grant funds in the amount of $12,000 (Justice Assistance Act)
approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
