FCM198508130 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 13, 1985 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at Penovich, Ald. Nilsson, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Hilt, Ald. Taube and 7:15 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk, 1)umke and those persons per the attached list. The Committee discussed license application for Hill-N-Dale Inn with Janet Marx. A letter from City Clerk Stewart was r)!ad with Tomczyk moved to defer. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion 8:arried. recommendations from the City's Attorney, Atty. Sargeant Ald. The Committee discussed purchase of two lift station agi::ators at Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. a cost of $25,000 to solve odor problem. Ald. Tomczyk moved for The Committee discussed approval of second step salary scale for Bookkeeper. Ald. Tomczyk moved for approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee discussed nonassessable portion of pro.ject cost for Kurtze Lane road reconstruction for preparation of assessment roll. Ald. Tomczyk moved to establish assessment at $25.21 per foot. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee discussed nonassessable portion of project cost (Ladwig Drive) for preparation of assessment roll. Ald. Tomczyk moved to establish assessment at $32.00 per foot. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee discussed policy regarding Bass Bay Road assessment roll. The Committee decided that the Assessment Roll would stand as mailed. Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $346,161.05. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in the amount of $109,515.78. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M. 0 Respectfully submitted, ca Ald.
