MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 11, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at
7:15 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk, Dumke and
Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Nilsson, Ald. Hilt, Ald. Taube,
Wil Vidal and George Harmon.
The Committee reviewed Maxicare Dental Plan Contract. Ald.
Tomczyk moved to recommend to Council that the plan not be
adopted. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Amended Easement-Pellman (Kurtze Lane
Drainage Project). Ald. Penovich moved to recommend Council
approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed traffic light agreement with the State of
Wisconsin. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend Council approval.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Little Muskego Lake Association (Jewel Creek Drainage Project).
The Committee reviewed agreement between City of Muskego and
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend that Council defer any decision
until after the DNR makes a decision on the grant. Seconded by
Ald. Tomczyk, motion carried.
Mayor Salentine advised the Committee that he had authorized 20
hours of vacation to be carried over to the following year for
Plumbing Inspector Wayne Jensen.
The Committee discussed waiving of Building Permit Fee for the
City HallILibrary expansion. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend to
Ald. Dumke, motion carried
Council to deny request to waive the permit fee. Seconded by
Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $164,983.07. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility vouchers in
the amount of $149,067.27. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion
carried.
