MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 26, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at
6:47 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Penovich
and Tomczyk, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Gaetzke, Ald. Hilt and Ald.
Nilsson.
The Committee discussed the Board of Canvassers and their
salaries. In the past the Aldermen had served on the Board of
Canvassers. It now is possible for the City Clerk to hire two
minimum of $10.00. Ald. Penovich moved for Council approval.
(2) people to serve on the Board at $3.35 per hour, with a
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Penovich moved to recommend a proval of payment of the
General vouchers in the amount of $ 270,556.08. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of payment of the Sewer
Utility vouchers in the amount of $1,088,388.09. Seconded by
Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:02 P.M.
