MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 12, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:20 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Penovich
Nilsson.
and Tomczyk, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Hilt, Ald. Gaetzke and Ald.
The Committee discussed the Lease Agreement - City Owned Property
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement
(Ingersoll Corp.). Ald. Penovich moved to recommend to Council
relating to the lease of city-owned property in the “Old Muskego
settlement Centre for purposes of constructing a building by
Ingersoll Cable Corporation to house head-end electronic

The Committee reviewed Establishment of Special Revenue Fund -
Old Muskego Settlement Centre. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
that the Council establish a Special Revenue Fund for deposit of
be used for Muskego Settlement purposes, subject to approval by
funds received from leasing property to Ingersoll Corporation to
the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Parks &
Recreation Board. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount of
$1,341,461.33 Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Sewer Utility Vouchers in the amount
of $9,359.00. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
