MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 20, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at
7:30 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Penovich
and Tomczyk and Ald. DeAngelis.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's
License:

Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of the above

The Committee reviewed the application for a Class B license from
Limelight Enterprises, Inc., S76 W17957 Janesville Road and
recommended Council approval. This application was for a change
from partnership to corporation.
The Committee met with Mathew Amann in regard to the violations
would strictly enforce all regulations.
at Amann's Beach Tavern. Mr. Amann stated that R.L.C. Inc.
The Committee discussed the status on hiring a Humane Officer.
An ad was placed in the official paper but there were no
applicants. The Committee decided to continue HAWS services for
transporting animals from Muskego to HAWS facilities.
The Committee reviewed the Maintenance Agreement with Robertson,
Inc. for the A B Dick offset machine in the amount of $505. Ald.
Penovich moved to recommend Council approval of the agreement.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Maintenance Agreement with New Berlin
Business Machines for two IBM typewriters located at the Police
Department in the amount of $100. Ald. Penovich moved to
recommend Council approval of the agreement. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for use of Council Chambers on
March 16 received from the Muskego Chamber of Commerce. Ald.
Penovich moved for Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the present maintenance service that is
being used because of the current Maintenance Man's (Ken Fons)
injury. The City Clerk has hired Don Plautz Cleaning Service to
do minimal cleaning. The Committee recommends that the Clerk
extend the Cleaning Service to include services needed since we
do not know when the Maintenance Man will be returning. 0

The Committee reviewed City Attorney's letter regarding
additional fees that would be incurred for retaining the law firm
of Arenz, Molter, Macy & Riffle to defend the City of Muskego in
regards to a claim filed by Marino Construction Company, Inc.,
claimant; fees and costs not to exceed $35,000. The Finance
Committee recommends Council approval of the agreement.
The Committee reviewed minutes of previous meeting.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $108,065.36. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Sewer Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $10,541.98. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, motion
carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 P.M. Seconded by
Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
