MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 22, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at
7:15 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk, Penovich
and Dumke, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Gaetzke, Ald. Hilt and Ald.
Nilsson.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve request from Little Muskego Lake
Protection & Rehabilitation District to use Council Chambers on
February 7, 1985. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The Committee discussed proposed revision for Denoon Park
Project. Mayor Salentine advised he had contacted the engineers
connected with Denoon Park and told them the Council would not
approve any further expenditures.
The Committee deferred discussion regarding the Industrial Park
until Council meeting.
The Committee discussed the increase of Town & Country Disposal
contract. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend Council approval of
the new contract. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Penovich moved to expend TIF funds -1985 budget. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee deferred discussion regarding establishment of a
Water Utility until Council meeting.
The Committee discussed authorizing application for Wisconsin
Fund Root River Watershed Cost-Share Assistance. Ald. Penovich
moved for approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to authorize increase in hours in the Assessor's
Office. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:53 P.M.
