MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 23, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at
7:OO P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Penovich
and Tomczyk, Ald. DeAngelis, Ald. Hilt, Ald. Nilsson and
Financial Consultant Swanson.
Notes with Financial Consultant Swanson. Mr. Swanson recommended
The Committee reviewed proposed Borrowing and sale of Promissory
Sale of Notes to be November 19, 1984. The Committee moved to
recommend that Mr. Swanson proceed with necessary arrangements to
start the Sale of Notes.
The Committee reviewed the Sewer Adjustment Request for St.
Leonard Parish. The Committee recommended to split the $1,356.00
St. Leonard Parish had paid and waive the necessary plumbing
permit fee, as per Resolution 11227-84.
The meeting adjourned.
