MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 9, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:15 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Tomczyk,
Ald. Gaetzke, Ald. Hilt, Ald. DeAngelis and Ald. Nilsson.
The Committee discussed hiring of an Appraiser and Relocation
Expert to carry out the Second Amended Relocation Order - Tess
Corners/Gaulke Drive Drainage Project. Ald. Tomczyk moved to
recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed the hiring of special Counsel to represent
the City regarding False Alarm Ordinance. Ald. Dumke moved to
recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Tmczyk, motion
carried.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to approve payment of a special voucher
pertaining to Crash Rescue Vehicle for $33,940.00. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dude moved to approve payment of Sewer TJtility vouchers in
the amount of $13,029.75. Seconded by Ald. Tonczyk, motion 0 carried.
The meeting adjourned.
