MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 10, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at
Dumke, Ald. Gaetzke, Ald. Hilt, Ald. Nilsson and Ald. DeAngelis.
7:30 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Penovich and
Ald. zomczyk was absent.
Ald. Penovich moved to approve the gathering permit for St.
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church for August 5, 1984. Seconded
Keith Dah1 (popcorn wagon). Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
Ald. Dumke moved to approve a Transient Merchant license for
carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve a permit for Refuse Hauling for Best
Disposal System, 7/1/84-6/30/85. Seconded by Ald. Penovich,
motion carried.
V.F.W. Country Days Parade. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
Ald. Penovich moved to waive the $5.00 parade permit fee for
carried.
The Committee discussed granting of $1200 for V.F.W. Country Fair
Days Parade. Ald. Dude moved to grant the $1200. Seconded by
Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $315,156.85. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
Ald. Penovich moved to approve payment of the Sewer Utility
Vouchers in the amount of $15,695.12. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
