FCM198405220 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 22, 1984 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:15 P.M. Also present were committee Members Tomczyk, Penovich and Dumke, Ald. Hilt, Ald. Gaetzke, Ald. DeAngelis and Ald. Nilsson. Chris Meadows appeared to apply for an Operator's License. Ald. Tomczyk moved for approval subject to receipt of favorable police report. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried. The Committee reviewed the request for additional funds for preparation of plans and specifications for Ladwig Drive sewer project. Common Council had previously approved $3,000 and an additional $3,600 is needed to complete the project. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend approval of the additional $3,600. Ald. Tomczyk seconded and the motion carried with Ald. Dumke casting the only dissenting vote. The Committee reviewed the Agreement between The City of Muskego and Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture (Weights & Measures). The current 1983-84 contract is $1,400 for the period July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984. Renewal contract will be approximately $1,490 for the period July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985. Ald. Tomczyk moved to Muskego and the Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture. Ald. Penovich recommend approval of the renewal contract between the City of seconded and the motion carried. The Committee reviewed bids for the 1984 Road Improvement Program. Ald. Penovich moved to recommend approval of low bids of Wolf Paving h Exc. Co. Ald. Dumke seconded and the motion carried. The Committee reviewed the Sewer Utility Vouchers totaling Ald. Dumke seconded and the motion carried. $34,859.47. Ald. Penovich moved for approval of the vouchers. 0 Respectfully submitted, Ald.
