FCM19840313FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 13, 1984 The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Colburn, Dumke and Penovich. Ald. Gaetzke, Nilsson, DeAngelis and Mr. Christenson were also present. The Committee discussed Inspection of Class A €X B taverns by Health Department. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of inspections. Seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion carried. The Committee discussed Water Patrolman Salary - Little Muskego Lake, and they also discussed the possibility of paying an hourly rate to the patrolman. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of $8.00 per hour rate. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The Committee discussed Park Employee Overtime Arrangement with the League for baseball diamond maintenance during summer hours. Ald. Colburn moved to approve overtime arrangement to Dumke. Motion carried. The Committee discussed request of Friends of Library for use of City Hall facilities for Arts and Crafts Fair on April 8, 1984 with set-up on April 7th. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. The Committee discussed expenditure of TID #4 Funds for Culvert Installation on Woods Rd. east of Sandy Beach Dr. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval not to exceed $15,000. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. Ald. Colburn moved to approve "Gathering Permit" for St. Leonard's Home and School Association for March 16, 1984. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. Ald. Colburn moved to defer "Gathering Permit" for Little Muskego Lake Association until the next meeting. Seconded By Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend approval of payment of general vouchers in the amount of $174,741.35. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. include workmens comp and social security. Seconded by Ald. Page 2 Finance Committee Minutes 3/14/84 Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of payment of sewer utility vouchers in the amount of $6,582.22. Seconded by Ald. Penovich. Motion carried. Ald.
